Furry Mobile Partner Agreement

By checking the agreement box on the Furry Mobile Partner application and submitting it, you ("Partner") enter into a binding agreement with Furry Mobile ("Company"). Your electronic acceptance has the same effect as a handwritten signature, and the version and timestamp of your acceptance are recorded with your application.

Partner is an independent contractor. Nothing in this agreement creates an employment, partnership, joint venture, franchise, or agency relationship. Partner has no authority to bind the Company, quote prices other than published prices, or make representations about Furry Mobile service or coverage beyond published materials.

Submitting an application does not create a partnership. The Company may approve or decline any application at its discretion. Partner must be at least 18 years old and provide accurate information, including legal name, business name (if applicable), address, and tax classification. Non-profit applicants may be asked to provide 501(c)(3) determination documentation and EIN before approval.

Upon approval, the Company issues Partner one or more promo codes. Requested codes are subject to availability, are limited to 10 characters, and may be modified or reassigned. All promo codes remain the property of the Company and may be paused, changed, or revoked at any time, including for inactivity, fraud, misrepresentation, or misuse.

Partner may not bid on Furry Mobile brand terms in paid search, publish codes to coupon or deal-aggregation sites, use codes for self-referral or for accounts they control, or represent a code as a Company-wide public offer unless the Company designates it as such.

Customers who activate service using Partner's promo code receive the discount or offer associated with that code at the time of purchase. Offers are exclusive to Furry Mobile Partners and may change with notice.

Partner compensation is defined by the commission plan assigned at approval, which may include a one-time referral amount, a percentage of first-month revenue, or recurring amounts per active line. Commissions are earned only on completed, paid activations that remain active through any applicable holding period.

Approved commissions are paid on the Company's regular payout schedule, subject to a minimum payout threshold and a review period. Commissions may be reversed (clawed back) for chargebacks, refunds, fraud, self-referral, or cancellations within the holding period.

Partner is solely responsible for all taxes on amounts received. U.S. partners paid $600 or more in a calendar year will receive a Form 1099; a completed Form W-9 is required before payout.

Non-profit partners may elect to direct earned amounts to their organization as a donation instead of a commission payout. The Company may publicly identify approved shelter and rescue partners in mission materials unless Partner requests otherwise in writing.

Partner may use Furry Mobile names, logos, and approved marketing assets solely to promote Furry Mobile service, in unmodified form, and must stop use upon termination. Partner will not send unsolicited bulk email or SMS, make false or misleading claims, guarantee coverage or speeds, or name any underlying network or supplier. All Furry Mobile service is described only as "Powered by Pulse Cellular."

Partner will keep non-public pricing, roadmap, supplier, and customer information confidential and will handle any customer information received in accordance with applicable privacy laws and the Company's privacy policy. Customer lists and account data remain Company property.

This agreement begins on approval and continues until terminated. Either party may terminate for convenience with 15 days' written notice. The Company may suspend or terminate immediately for fraud, brand harm, or breach. Commissions properly earned before termination remain payable after the applicable review period; unearned or pending amounts may be forfeited on termination for cause.

The program is provided "as is." The Company is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages, and total liability under this agreement will not exceed the commissions paid to Partner in the twelve months preceding the claim.

The Company may update this agreement; continued participation after notice constitutes acceptance of the updated version. This agreement is governed by the laws of [State], without regard to conflict-of-laws rules. Questions: hello@furrymobile.us.
